Beauty may be skin deep, but your skin is the first thing the world sees when they look at you. Without sounding superficial, it is important to show the world you take care of yourself and from there it is up to them to discover the rest of your beauty. Every person will have important guidelines they can share with you on the best beauty tips, but at the end you know yourself and your body the best to gather all the information, test it and decide which options are the best for you. Yet there will always be certain golden rules that will apply to every person, regardless what your beauty preferences are. Following here, is a list of my personal favorite and top five beauty tips.
No matter whom you are or how much money you have, one of the first things people notice, is your personal hygiene. Even when you are doing the Appalachian Hiking Trail for six months, your co-hikers will notice if you have poor hygiene and disregard the basics of hygiene. Though not everybody was born with perfect teeth, skin and sweat glands, it is still up to you to care for the body you were given. If you have tried everything possible, but still struggle with certain abnormalities such as halitosis, overactive sweat glands and allergic skin reactions, seek medical advice for a solution. The second word of advice is to act with self-confidence. Do not be overly confident, as this may create an impression that you think you are better than every other person is. Yet you owe it to yourself to be confident and handle every situation you are presented with, with dignity.
Drink sufficient amounts of water. The rule of thumb is to drink six to eight glasses of water per day, but there is a risk in drinking too much water. The main objective is to drink sufficient water to prevent dehydration and to wash away toxins and chemicals in your body and bloodstream and make your skin look clear and healthy. Another beauty tip is to get enough sleep. Not everybody has the luxury of sleeping eight hours per night, although this is a necessity and not a luxury. Your body and mind restores and heals itself while you sleep. It is especially important to get additional sleep in times of illness and added stress. As with a lack of water, a lack of sleep will be visible on your face and make your skin look dull and unhealthy. The last, but not the least, beauty tip, is to smile. A smile is the perfect accessory and will compliment any outfit, hygiene routine and beauty routine. Don’t just smile, smile from your heart and smile with honesty.
